Right of withdrawal for consumers: A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day of which you, or a third party designated by you who is not carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection of determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumers personal needs.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal: Please inform us by an unambiguous statement (e.g.by post or email) of your decision. The withdrawal is to be addressed to:

Consequences of withdrawal: We will refund all payments we have received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. Additional delivery costs ,e.g.express shipping, will not be reimbursed by us. For the refund, we will use the same payment method, that you used for the purchase. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of shipment-whichever occurs first.

Return the goods: After you have informed us, please send the goods back to us immediately, but not later than before the expire of the 14-day period. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. You are only liable for any loss in value if the loss in value is attributable to improper handling of the goods.
