Terms & Conditions

1. The T&Cs apply to all orders placed by consumers, within the meaning of §13 BGB, through our online shop. The contracting party is: GAUDÉ, Steinberg 2, 45133 Essen, Germany, www.ateliergaude.com

2. Conclusion of Contract: The product presentation does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation for the customer to place an order. By clicking "Order with obligation to pay," the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract only comes into effect once we issue an explicit order confirmation or once the goods are shipped. The automatic confirmation of receipt does not constitute acceptance.

3. Prices and Payment: The prices stated in the shop apply, inclusive of statutory VAT. Payment is made via PayPal or credit card, as shown.

4. Unavailability: If an item cannot exceptionally be delivered, we will inform the customer immediately and refund any payments already made.

5. Retention of Title: The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

6. Warranty: The statutory rights apply.

7. Applicable Law: German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
