Our Story

Gaudé is a mother‑and‑daughter‑led womenswear label creating statement pieces for everyday and special occasions. We have always shared a love of fashion, and Gaudé grew from us looking for feminine, confident pieces that make you feel truly special when you wear them.

We started Gaudé at a moment when fashion felt muted - overly laid‑back, stripped of character and, increasingly, of craft in the name of accessibility. We wanted to move in the opposite direction: Special statement pieces with personality, cut from the finest European fabrics and made to order by artisans in Germany, built to be worn and loved for years.

Our clothes are made for a modern, full life. With the option to style them in different ways, they move easily from day into evening - the kind of pieces you put on and immediately feel effortlessly chic. We call it Soft Power Dressing: clothes that feel feminine, fun and assured.

Gaudé is produced exclusively in Germany by local artisans and family‑owned factories who have practised textile craft across generations. Every garment is made to order, so we only sew what is already loved. Keeping our production close means we can stand behind every detail, ensure uncompromising quality and consciously reduce our environmental footprint.
